The Authority’s current website does not comply with the current accessibility requirements for public sector bodies. The Authority, like other Mayoral Authorities is currently going through an exciting period of change and transformation, which will see the Authority become much more customer focused. The new website will need to reflect this, with a greater emphasis on audiences, engagement and the user journey. Currently the Authority has several sub domains and other websites, examples include a Passenger Transport website, a Have Your Say Consultations site, the State of the Region Data Portal and the CPCA Growth Hub site. It is our intention to fold these into the main corporate website and remove the current duplication / confusion caused by multiple websites all owned by the Authority.
