        "description": "The Community Denosumab Service is a GP led service covering the population and geography of Bromley borough. The service will operate a weekly clinic administering denosumab to patients who are referred via secondary care.  The clinic is operated by a nurse / pharmacist with oversight by a GP.  The service receives referrals from secondary care on a shared care basis and is required to be part of a shared care arrangement. The service includes both ambulatory and domiciliary patients.\nThe service aims to provide:\n•         Blood test appointments in a timely manner prior to injection\n•         Prescribing and administration of denosumab injection under a patient group direction (PGD)\n•         Follow up blood test, if necessary\nThe Service aims to achieve the following outcomes:\n•         Reduce pressure on secondary care and improve patient access to clinical services in the community\n•         Administer denosumab for the prevention of osteoporotic fractures"
