Our current framework is due to expire in September 2027, and we plan to replace this via a public procurement process over the coming months. Interested suppliers are invited to register their interest and complete a short survey. Please see the link at the ‘engagement’ section of this notice, below. FRAMEWORK PURPOSE: Successful contractors would assist NHG in delivering exciting residential-led development projects in the Greater London area. Our developments range from 50-unit urban infill sites to estate regeneration projects creating thousands of new homes. The framework will also be available for use by other registered housing providers that operate in Greater London, providing successful contractors with potential opportunities to work with a range of housing associations and local authorities in addition to NHG. We may also extend access to other contracting authorities beyond this group and/or outside this geographical area. Please note, whilst the proposed framework may be used to fulfil a wide variety of demolition and enabling works requirements, its primary purpose will be to deliver relatively complex or high value contracts (£1m-£5m and above).
