## Description
The MoD intend to run a competition for the provision of a Defence Discount Scheme.  Provision of this service will be on the basis that there is a NIL cost to MoD for the Discount Scheme Service, and returns of % profits to MoD in the form of a gains-hare payment will be passed on to the four Service Welfare Central Funds.
