What is being bought
This Notice formally announces the award by the Contracting Authority for the establishment of a new Building Maintenance and Refurbishment Framework, which will replace the existing provision. The framework covers a broad spectrum of services designed for public sector clients.
The Building Maintenance and Refurbishment Framework is organised into seven distinct lots, enabling clients to initiate Call-Offs based on CPV codes, geographic regions, and financial criteria.
