## Description
Norfolk County Council wishes to establish an open framework with a range of different providers delivering day and life opportunities to adults in Norfolk.  We are initially opening this Framework for the provision of service for People with Learning Disability under Lot 1   We intend for this lot to reopen for new applications after the initial opening and remain open for the duration of the Framework.   It is intended that additional lots will be added in the future to cover services for other client groups (Older People, Mental Health, Physical Disabilities)
