This includes but is not limited to; • Electrical Inspection Testing (EICRs) across all general needs, market rent, choice and commercial offices/shops • We may on occasion ask for EICRs to be completed in our empty homes or communal areas • Remedial works identified from the inspection • Smoke detection updates and/or replacements The successful service providers will be awarded five-year contracts with no option to extend. Curo is tendering for the provision of the above requirement. The closing date for receipt of your expression of interest is given in the box below entitled - Date documents can be requested until.
