Coverage: 35 active published awards; 35 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Bristol City Council and its partner organisations are looking for providers who wish to contribute their knowledge and expertise in relation to Intensive Positive Behavioural Support. We will be running a roundtable event to gain information allowing us to make informed decisions regarding the service specification for our pilot project.
This pilot project which we are calling `Flourishing lives` has been designed and developed in partnership between Bristol City Council, South Gloucestershire Council, North Somerset Council, Avon & Wiltshire Partnership Trust, and BNSSG Clinical Commissioning Group, with Bristol City Council identified as the lead coordinating partner.
The aim of the Flourishing lives pilot is to co-produce an effective long-term approach to Positive Behavioural Support and improved person-centred support models across BNSSG with citizens, their networks, health care providers and support providers.
IPBS is a person centred, evidence-based framework for supporting people with learning disabilities (PWLD) and autism. The overall aim of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is to improve the quality of a person’s life and that of the people around them. PBS provides the right support for a person, their family and friends to help people lead a meaningful life and learn new skills without unnecessary restrictions.
A provider engagement session was previously held on Thursday 30th June (2022/S 000-016476)
We will be holding a follow up in-person provider engagement session on Monday 1st August between 14:00 and 16:00. As this is an in-person event there are a limited number of tickets that will be allocated on a "first come first served" basis. You can sign up for tickets, and find out further information at - https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/387348599087
