Neath Port Talbot Council sought to appoint suitably qualified and experienced consultant Quantity and Building Surveyors to advise a team of officers running the Placemaking Grant (PMG), Valleys & Villages Prosperity Grant (VVPG), Property Development Fund (PDF) and Commercial Property Grant (CPG).
