## Description
The scheme involves creating a multi-use area, primarily consisting of tarmac pallet storage to the perimeter of the site, combined with 19 parking spaces for full time employees of 71/72 Kingsway. The scheme will require some minor trenching works for new drainage and electricity supplies which will connect to existing.
