To deliver improvements to the support and offer for children with special educational needs and disabilities.  It is a further stage of work in this critical area. The work aims to enable Greenwich young people with special educational and disabilities to reach their full potential while ensuring the Council remains financially stable and delivers in the most efficient and effective way possible.
