Coverage: 305 active published awards; 301 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
This is a Request for Information (RFI) only. The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service HSC Trust (NIAS) is one of 6 Health and Social Care (HSC) Trusts which provide health and social services in Northern Ireland. NIAS is a blue light service which operates both a 999 Emergency Ambulance Control service and non-Emergency patient care and transport service. We are now in a position that we will be seeking to replace our Computer Aided Dispatch systems for Emergency and non-Emergency services within the next 12 months (pending approvals in place) and are thus exploring the market potential.
