NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) is acting as an agent for and on behalf of the Commissioner and is supporting the procurement process.

The procurement process is described within the documentation published. This procurement has been advertised in accordance with the process set out in The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. The Commissioner intends to carry out a competitive process as described in regulation 11.

As a result of this competitive process, a Contract will be awarded to the successful Provider(s) for a period of 3 years with the Commissioner having the option to extend the Contract for up to a further 2 years.
