## Description
The aim of the service is to meet the musculoskeletal and joint needs of people and support them to self- manage their condition. 
The service should be holistic in its provision and work to improve the person's psychological well‐being, social functioning and participation in everyday activities and to reduce the likelihood of negative outcomes associated with pain and impaired function arising, such as depression, social isolation and loss of employment.
