## Description
The solution must enable the secure capture, upload, management, and analysis of short-form video content to support organisational learning, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. The platform shall allow users to record and submit video observations, experiences, and learning insights via mobile and desktop devices, with functionality to structure content through workflows, prompts, and templates.
The service must include:
