What is being bought
The Bank of England is looking to procure a partner/partners for the provision of Cash In Transit logistics services. The procurement will be split into two lots:
Lot 1: CIT Logistics for Exemplar Genuine Notes, Counterfeit Test Packs and Other Small Ad hoc Security Items
Lot 2: CIT Moves
For each lot, the Bank proposes to enter into a contract with the successful Tenderer for a maximum period of three years, with the option to extend by two successive periods of one year each.
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be required to be completed prior to receiving access to the tender materials. The NDA is available for download from the ProActis Document Repository (https://supplierlive.proactisp2p.com/Account/Login#). The completed NDA must be returned via ProActis Message Section as an attachment, prior to Wednesday 23 February to allow access to the tender materials and for sufficient time to respond. If returned after this date, the tender documents will be provided but the time limit for receipt of tenders will remain. The tender documents are readily available following completion of the required NDA.
