CaPPS provides support to the Cancer Services across the HSC to meet the targets set out by Government on which the service is monitored. CaPPS is also used for the management of Multidisciplinary team Meetings (MDTs). MDMs and effective decision making improve the quality of clinical intervention and care for people with cancer. The CaPPS application is vital to enable the provision of cancer care across the HSC.
