Coverage: 12 active published awards; 4 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The UK Portfolio is seeking a single supplier or a consortium of suppliers to: - support funded organisations to assess their organisation effectiveness - support funded organisations to identify development areas - provide training/support/advice to enable organisations to develop their effectiveness in the identified areas The UK Fund is a funding programme that covers two distinct thematic areas: - Connected Communities - Youth Voice The first awards were granted in February 2024, focusing on Connected Communities, and in 2025 the funding expanded to Youth Voice. The key themes that run across the different thematic areas are voice, relationship building, agency, community systems and lived experience. UK Fund has adopted a funding approach that spans across and between countries, rather than being geographically restricted, and focuses on supporting well-established programmes that demonstrate proven impact, enabling them to scale and expand further. The funding also prioritises equity - targeting only communities facing poverty, disadvantage, and discrimination. Another distinguishing factor about the UK Fund is its emphasis on long-term systems change, requiring projects to include a mix of service delivery and systemic transformation in their plans. The methodology and methods for all the work described above is to be suggested by the supplier. It is expected that this will incorporate co-learning and co-creation with grantholders.
