Description from the original contract notice: Brighton and Hove City Council (the Council) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified organisations for the provision of Home Care services and Extra Care services. The services required fall under Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015). As a result, this procurement is undertaken under the 'Light Touch Regime' as detailed in Section 7 of PCR 2015. Providers are required to be registered with the Care Quality Commission ('CQC').
