The Contract will be for a period of three (3) years with the option to extend for a further two (2) years from the commencement date of services. The successful bidder will invoice Manchester Central directly for the provision of Exchange Auditorium AV. The successful bidder will purchase the fixed auditorium AV equipment from Manchester Central upon commencement of the Contract and will be responsible for the management and upkeep of the equipment thereafter (as detailed in Appendix 6). At the end of the Contract, the successful bidder will offer Manchester Central, or other successful bidding participant, the opportunity to acquire the fixed Exchange Auditorium equipment at market value.
