Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 197 active published awards; 197 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
BTS require water main service contractors to provide three tasks to the council. These are: 1) Replacement of stop taps in properties when the existing tap is broken or seized. This must be in accordance with regulations to avoid contamination of the water supply. 2) Replacement of water mains from the water meter in the street to include the stop tap in the property. The contractor must hold all of the necessary qualifications, certifications and accreditations for this work. The contractor must make good all finishes to the required standard. 3) Self-lay works to provide water main extensions, individual supplies to each new property and temporary site supplies. The contractor must be registered to carry out self-lay works.
