## Description
The Open University (OU) is requesting information about products or services to enable the provision of audio for print-disabled students.  The Open University is seeking to enhance its delivery of audio format assistance to students who require reasonable adjustments. We are eager to explore the latest advancements in the text-to-speech market, aiming to provide our students with an exceptional service. Following this exploration, our objective is to initiate a comprehensive tender process that will facilitate the implementation of a new delivery model. This model will not only cater to our students' specific needs but also ensure compliance with relevant regulations while aligning with our technical and operational objectives.The results of this exercise will provide the University with key information to enable us to shape the optimum procurement approach for the requirement mentioned above.
