Works will include: ● Level access showers ● Over bath showers ● Specialist toilets ● Kitchens ● Internal/external doors ● Door widening ● Minor internal works ● Patio installation/levelling ● Fencing Consisting of both private ownership & tenanted properties all of which will be grant funded works in accordance with the Housing Grants, Construction & Regeneration Act 1996, or as amended. In addition, the Contract extends to all disabled adaptations work to Hillingdon's housing stock as well.
