This service is central to enabling Wiltshire Council to meet the increasing demand on health and social care services. Self-Directed Support offers a more personalised, asset, and strength-based approach to people. This approach provides more opportunities for individuals to improve their quality of life. Additionally, it shifts the focus from commissioned services to community support, fostering mutual aid within communities.
