Lot 2: 40 schools across the Midlands. Lot 3: 40 schools across the Southeast. Lot 4: 60 schools across the Southwest. Lot 5: 40 schools across Scotland. The aim of this activity is to extend our reach to this target audience to promote STEM events and enable the target audience to better understand the opportunities available to them as a career choice. The focus will be aimed at young people from aged 8-14 years old (Year 3 – 9). The start date of the project will be August 2024 and the delivery of this project in schools will commence from September 2024 through to July 2025 with the option to extend by +1 year, subject to funding and supplier performance. Delivery Partners should offer either full (5 hours) or half day (3 hours) STEM activities to cater for the individual needs of the Primary and Secondary Schools and should focus on supporting schools where participation in STEM subjects is minimal.
