The focus is on theatre venues and publicly accessible heritage-based attractions in England. The research is expected to include a combination of surveys based on a representative sample of organisations and in-depth case studies with specific organisations. We expect this project to produce a publishable report to summarise the results of the research alongside a dynamic spreadsheet to cost various potential government intervention scenarios. The evaluation is expected to be awarded and commence in November 2023 and expected to complete by March 2024.
