Community Based Support will extend beyond the home as a young person moves on, offering places they can visit for help, as well as opportunities to develop independence in their own accommodation (such as through Housing First etc). \nServices designed and delivered in a way that recognises and responds to the holistic needs of each young person, placing their voice, aspirations and lived
