{"schemaVersion":"1.0","id":"ocds-h6vhtk-050efb","title":"Horizon Replacement Services - Replacement Service Provider","description":"This UK 7 Contract Details Notice concerns the conclusion of the Lot 2 contract only.\nLot 1 - Replacement Service Provider - the replacement service provider will transition the service from the incumbent supplier, Fujitsu Services Limited (\"FSL\" or \"Fujitsu\"), on a Walk In Take Over (\"WITO\") basis, provide some optional service stabilisation upgrades and, longer term, transformation of Horizon and its related systems to Cloud based technologies.\nLot 2 - COTS-EPOS-SaaS - a fully supplier supported and maintained commercial off-the-shelf (\"COTS\") EPOS system, provided as software as a service (\"SaaS\"). The system must meet the Authority's specific requirements with minimal bespoke customisations. \nThe supplier will provide the software, associated support and maintenance services, software updates, security management and continuous optimisation services necessary to support Post Office Limited's branch operations and the delivery of Horizon Replacement Programme outcomes. Physical deployment of technology to branches is not included\nThe contract includes the ability for Post Office Limited to commission additional services, enhancements and related deliverables through established contractual mechanisms where required to support future business needs and service developments\nLot 2 requires the supplier to:\n- provide and maintain a cloud-based commercial off-the-shelf EPOS platform delivered as SaaS;\n- configure the solution to meet Post Office Limited's business and operational requirements;\n- provide ongoing application support, maintenance, service management and incident resolution;\n- deliver software updates, security patches, product enhancements and continuous improvement activities;\n- support integration with associated Horizon Replacement Programme services and third-party systems where required;\n- provide environment management, monitoring, reporting and operational performance management; and\n- support adoption, optimisation and future service developments throughout the contract term.\nThe Contract value is £141,000,000 excluding VAT, for an initial 10 year term. \nThe Authority may extend the contract up to
